| Process Technician Chemicals – Bristol Long Term Temporary Contract £8.08 per hour Our client is a leading global chemical company with a site in Frenchay, Bristol. They are seeking a Process Technician to help with the manufacture of Thick Film Paste. You will be required to mechanically mix and sample thick film compositions and help clean bowls, mixers and mills by hand using solvent and wipes. Other duties include packing out the final thick film product by hand into multiple containers, labelling and storing in the warehouse ready for dispatch. We are looking for candidates with at least one years Industrial / Manufacturing experience with a mature approach. You will need to be physically fit, numerate and be flexible with working hours. Some PC literacy with a working knowledge of SAP systems would be advantageous but not essential. This post operates on a two-shift system. 6.00am – 2.00pm and 12.30pm – 8.30pm. Overtime will be paid after working a 37.5 hour week, time and half weekdays and Saturdays, double time on Sundays.
